The evolution of event agencies: Independent Agency Forum launches on PlanetIMEX
A select group will join a strategic, open exchange on the current business challenges.
In a business world that is experiencing dramatic and profound change, what can you do to ensure your organization continues to adapt? Independent Agency Forum invites independent agency owners to consider this question and more during an invitation-only event tomorrow on PlanetIMEX. The newly created Forum will bring together independent owners of small meeting and event agencies (no more than 10 employees) to be part of a select group joining a strategic, open exchange on the current business challenges.
The topics in the free, two-hour program will be developed in conjunction with invited participants, helping to ensure that the discussion covers the most relevant issues. The schedule will focus on the evolving management aspects of business, and will cover recruitment, trends, the evolution of the business model and using Covid-19 to reassess purpose and value proposition. Small breakout sessions, alongside the plenary session, ensure agency owners can actively participate and share their own experiences.
