Enhanced safety protocols customized for the event planning community
Hard Rock International has expanded its industry-leading SAFE + SOUND program into conference and event spaces. The program meets the highest standards of safety, sanitation, food handling and employee training, and was developed in collaboration with public health and sanitization specialists, including Ecolab and NSF International.
Under SAFE + SOUND standards established by Hard Rock, each hotel property is independently assessed by NSF International and required to pass a rigorous 262-point inspection. The enhanced safety protocols include: guests pass through a thermal temperature screening and use hand sanitizer before entering each meeting space; PPE inventory is available in public areas and at meeting room points of entry; face masks are required for all guests and team members in public areas and meeting spaces; and a focus on cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting protocols with particular attention paid to high-touch areas.
