Visitors are welcome to the Florida Keys, a 125-mile-long island chain. Hotels from Key Largo to Key West are ready to host meetings, conventions or trade shows. Few other locations allow meeting and event planners to work hard while enjoying the famous crystal blue tropical skies and numerous dining opportunities.

“The Florida Keys’ outdoor wide-open spaces, with many of them waterfront settings, offer a unique advantage for meetings activities. Our scenic natural backdrops and abundance of water activities create unforgettable Keys events,” said Jack Meier, group sales manager for the Keys’ Monroe County Tourist Development Council.

The Keys are easily accessible and ideal for meetings with 15 to 100 attendees. Six airlines—American, Delta, JetBlue, Silver, United and Allegiant—operate more than 20 nonstop routes to Key West International Airport.
