Though New Orleans has a long and storied history of hosting world-class meetings, events have never quite looked like this. Still, the city is proactively responding to the Covid-19 pandemic.

“While our legendary hospitality will always be at the core of who we are, our efforts are focused on safety in our community as we prepare to welcome you back to New Orleans, and showcase our major new developments that have laid the groundwork for an extraordinary meeting experience for you and your attendees,” said Stephen Perry, president and CEO of New Orleans & Company.

One improvement is a new, centrally located Transportation Center that will enable shuttles, taxis and ride shares to move attendees more efficiently to and from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. The Shuttle Hub is equipped with digital signage to help attendees easily identify their shuttles. This year, wayfinding kiosks will be installed throughout the lobbies of America’s largest contiguous-space exhibit hall.
