Two premier events venues await in South Wales

International Convention Centre Wales (ICC Wales) is a joint venture between the Welsh Government and Celtic Manor Resort. Located in Newport, it is one of the United Kingdom’s newest events venues. ICC Wales can accommodate more than 5,000 delegates and offers a 43,000-square-foot main hall, a 1,500-seat auditorium, 15 flexible meeting rooms, a 27,000-square-foot outdoor plaza and a double-height glass atrium with views of the surrounding Coldra Woods.
In 2022, the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) awarded its Best Marketing Award to ICC Wales. The venue is dedicated to educating the global events sector and raising awareness of important issues, such as Martyn’s Law, and the social and economic impact that events have on local communities.
The Celtic Collection is a well-known family of UK business and leisure destinations that offer top accommodations, facilities and service. Its flagship property, the Celtic Manor Resort, is situated in the beautiful Usk Valley at the gateway to South Wales. It has been voted the UK’s Best Conference Hotel on multiple occasions.
The Celtic Manor Resort served as the host venue for the 2010 Ryder Cup and 2014 NATO Summit. Its features include three championship golf courses, luxury spas, a range of restaurants, conference facilities and activities for families and businesses.
