Universal Orlando Resort’s Meetings & Events program brings the unique visions of meeting planners to life and thrills attendees unlike anywhere else in the world. Universal Orlando’s complete portfolio of eight immersive hotels offers 9,000 guest rooms. And the Loews Meeting Complex, which is the combined meeting space at Loews Royal Pacific Resort and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, was created with the meeting planner in mind. Complete with 2,000 guest rooms and 247,000 square feet of meeting space, planners can utilize the large ballrooms, an exhibit hall and an array of meeting, breakout and outdoor spaces at both properties—all accessible within minutes via the enclosed walkway that conveniently connects the meeting spaces at the two hotels.
Universal Orlando has three theme parks—Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Volcano Bay—where planners can hold one-of-a-kind events in venues that provide unique backdrops set to famous films, stories or themed environments.
